That should work like a puller... I tried it but I ended up stripping the threads off of the bolt. Looks like there are still some threads inside of the pin - or I could tap it out if necessary so I'll try again with another bolt. I might try heating the shackle and spring and see if that will loosen it up - any problems doing that?
