Looks quite clean. Hope you have the rear window hardware. Looks like the interior was there when you got it. The upper tailgate is there what about the lower tailgate? Are they in decent condition?
Nice truck and it looks like you are off to a good start on your resto.
If you can I would cut the welds on the rear window boxes and clean up the area behind them. That area did not get any paint at the factory and they tend to have a lot of condensation rust behind them. I removed mine and replaced a lot of the sheet metal in several of the boxes. Especially the bottom and front face. I kept the sides without any problems. The back of the boxes were OK except the lower 1" You can either weld them back or uses stainless pop rivets like I did.
The body id double walled in the back. get it clean then spray rust killer, primer and paint in there. I used the bolt holes for the fenders to access those areas with a paint gun with a long tube spray wand.
