They are out and about, but beware that they are well beyond the 6 year life span for a tire of that type....
Maybe not that exact brand/pattern but there is a Michelin type "S" which was replaced by "XS" in the 11r16 size range.
I've got a set, I've seen one or two sets at the Iowa Rally this year or 2 years ago. Here and there I see an odd one or two hanging around as well...
