Chris, Just in case you don't know. If your vehicle is 25 years or older it is exempt from non op fees. They won't tell you at the counter and charge you any way. Ask for a supervisor or look it up in the Ca. Vehicle code book. It is exempt as a collector vehicle. Jackson
