I have always had my tires done by tire shops, its just easier with their equipment.
In 48 years of owing legal licensed cars and trucks and having tire work done, I have never once had a tire shop Torque the Nuts.
They always slam them on with a impact wrench. I ask them to torque them, the answer in most cases is we dont have a torque wrench. So I get home and have to re do their work to be sure the nuts are really tight.
The Truck/Heavy Equipment tire shop that does my Budd Wheels does not believe in Talc when installing the tubes. I have to take my own talc for them to use on my tires. A cage, yup there is a old cage in the corner covered with junk. They just blow the tires up on the Budd Wheels. Inspect the wheels ha ha ha. I just leave the wheels and tires and come back later
This is typical, just get the tire on and air her up.
