Thats an affectionate term we use to describe people who buy total scrap, then spend 2-4k trying to "fix it" then have to sell it for half of what they spent on it. Jeff, dont be a turd polisher, Part it out, and make a few bucks. Just another opinion, without rose colored glasses.
