Exactly the point! A minimal fine with a huge processing fee... Would you like undercoating or pinstripes with this purchase????
I guess I could handle a $1000.00 fee, but several thousand and ONLY for Virginia residents? Wouldnt it make more sense to apply fees to out of state drivers who dont pay road taxes here already????
