Tires

I know Im all over on subjects, but since I am currently out of money until payday, I think of these things and start to research.

Is Firestone the only company that currently makes military style ndt tires? Does anyone have these and what do they think of them. I'm kinda sour on the Fire/Bridge Stone names as in the fire service I was on a few crashes in which the tires failed and caused injuries and death. I am partial to Goodyear but cant find ndt tires from them anywhere.
