Power Wagon at Moe's

I don't know if Moe's is a national chain restaurant or just a local chain around here, BUT, they have a new taco called the "Power Wagon". Wonder why they named it that?

Anyone tried one? My son had one and said it was good.

I'm wondering how it would taste with some of Paul's maple surple???
