Apparently, Motor Mite # 03154 & Pioneer # CA3016 both work. 100 inchs long. I had to order it, instead of drive across town. $18-$22.

It's a PITA to screw the collar onto the transfer case, behind the emergency brake. Next time I'll try slitting a piece of heater hose. I think it will grab the collar just enough to screw it together, then just slip it off the cable. Otherwise, chop sticks might work as well as pliers do.
