ebay tire purchase

i allmost bid on some 11x16 tires on ebay. this guy seams to be a tire dealer.has a lot of good feedback and some not so well.of course i forgot his name.anyone ever buy 11'son ebay. he seems to be the only one i have seen on ebay with them.or who might have some.
