Have you been driving it with out and issues for a while and this is a new problem? Have you done any brake work to it lately? If it has been fine and jsut started doing this this morninng sounds like you have a bad brake hose. usually either the one from frame to axle inthe front is the first to go. It gets soaked with engine oil and causes internal collapse letting pressure only go one way. These trucks are very old and it probably needs all 4 brake hoses replaced. a small investment for good peace of mind.
