A Power Wagon is like any other object that weighs near 6000lbs. I don't know about "construction equipment", but a 6000lb piano would require the same trailer as a Power Wagon. I think a Power Wagon would fall into the category of "light construction equipment" if anything since 99% of all other equipment is much, much heavier.
