PW/WC/M37 are way to heavy for a safe tow on a tow dolly. You need 'good' 4 wheel electric brakes on a trailer that is designed for the weight. The Tow Dolly has no brakes. It would be very difficult to stop her quickly. And in a emergency where you really got on your Suburban's brakes HARD, you risk a Jack Knife of the tow dolly/PW. Also keep in mind that in the event of a Terrible Accident where others are hurt or killed, the expert witness will quickly point out that you were using inadaquate equipment. Then its down hill from there.
John, I know its not what you want to hear, but in my opinion the only safe way to move one of these heavy trucks is on a trailer designed for the weight and a proper tow vehicle that too is up to the job.
