is about as much fun as taking a punch in the face from mike tyson. western pa is decline and i would never consider it as a good place to live or to raise a family. even if the property cost $1, the local economy and tax burden would slowly sap your will to live. after owning and disposing of industrial property in PA, i dont even want to fly over the state if i can avoid it.
