It makes it easier for me here in scotland to get parts in from the US, though import taxes are still a problem.
A year or two back the Dollar and the Euro were about level, pretty much 60% of the Pound Sterling, now the Pound / Euro / Dollar is about 100 / 66 / 50
Shipping stuff across the Atlantic is no big deal - unless it is armoured or a firearm, then you need to be a registered arms dealer.
Best 3/4 ton Dodges, GMCs and Weasels can still be bought in Europe, usually ex-Norway, but the US is still the place for half tons, early models, and civilian power Wagons of course.
