You need to check your input shaft length against your swtock transmission. Some early 5spds had shafts of the correct length and some were longer. You can remove the input shaft fairley easily and have it ground to the proper size.
The front input shaft bearing retainer is a larger diamension so you will need to have the hole in your bell housing machined larger to fit.
The larger clutch will fit under the stock bell housing if it came with the donor trans. If not a new clutch disc with the correct size dia and spline count will be needed. These can be custom made by any clutch shop.
The output drive shaft will need to be modified. Some people have shortened the one they have, some have eliminated it and replaced it with a u-joint, and some have keep the original one and moved the t-case back. That is all up to you. Once you have the tranny in place you could decide which is best at that time.
