I posted this a while back but must be time to repeat.
I too fought with my doors to align them. Got the forward up and down edge right and the latch would be too low or too high and back edge of door would hit cab.
THESE CABS ARE REALLY WEAK and what I've found has happened the cab gets tweaked. making a paralellagram where a square should be. IF your forward edge is correct you can try the following. It's easier with a Porta power but can be done with a jack.
Put the jacking device of your choice on 45 degrees with blocks of wood or rubber to spread the load out. Jack till you see the cab move just a little and recheck. Think about how your door is not fitting correctly: If the upper back door corner needs to come up then you need to have one end of the jack on the forward upper corner and the other on the lower rear corner.
Once I finally thought about it and tried this it took all of 15 minutes to get them perfect.
DISCLAIMER:::: If your doors are rusted out, hinged mounts are broke, hinges wore out or you can move the doors up and down by lifting then you need to get THAT fixed first. I agree with Paul. NEVER make your latch holes bigger for more adjustment. It won't help and the problem lies elsewhere. Kevin
