I was able to get mine aligned much better than it was with the block of wood but it's still not perfect, it slopes down from front to back. It latches ok but is sagging down about 3/8". When I place the block of wood between the door and the post at the bottom hinge and push the door closed, it tends to make the bottom rear corner push outward.

Any suggestions?
