because of my doubler set up I decided to remove the cross member and set everything up . If The crossmember will fit and not interfere with anything I will stick it back in and bolt it home . At minimum i would have to relieve both sides of the crossmember and I am not sure if there would be issues with the front drive shaft or not . So I spent 6 hours in the shop today removing the floor hump and the crossmember . I zapped the rivets and the spot welds . I had to skid the body around abit to get at the top frame rivets. One way or another I intend to have a crossmember in this location and not just a trannie mount . Unless I cage the thing . Then the crossmember will not be needed.
Those wheels on your truck do have a military look to them.
