1/2 vs. 3/4 ton carryall question

I am in the middle of a 1/2 ton carryall project and in need of the side window drain troughs. I stumbled on a 3/4 carryall hulk that is in a bad way, but it looks like all the side window components and drain troughs are there but are covered up by the panels. Are these parts/components interchangeable? How about the rear gate? Thanks, Ron
