If you remove the tailshaft, the adapter bolts right on. I had all the parts to do one here but a friend talked me out of the van so I sold the adapter & NP205 on Ebay a few months back.
The adapter is pricey....$350 or so.
You can get all the parts off a mid 70's Chev/GMC 1Ton.
