As I mention in my other post, cleaning is critical. One brand of mower we sell is powder coated instead of painted. The manufacturer has 7, that is correct, 7 cleaning steps on each piece of metal, BEFORE it gets the powder coat applied. I doubt that any of our local powder coat shops do that much prep work.
