I'm glad the truck was meet with the enthusiasm it received. It's been a long but challenging and fun road, September 2004, till now (32 months) and only worked on the truck 16 of those months.
Ron was the first PW Family member to see the truck, when I loaded it up and headed to MI to start on it and then after I got it here to IL. I was pleased he enjoyed the drive, even if his big foot doesn't fit in an M. I will admit I love the sound of the V-8 as well, and just can't resist getting on it when I take off down the road.
And yes this even was the trucks maiden voyage, and the Kerr farm it's fist time off road! She performed great, and when ever I get the nerve to pull the differentials and attempt installing the lockers, she should do even better.
I did get to pull Jon out twice, once with a tow strap out of the swamp, and the second time with the winch when get got stuck going the opposite direction where I got stuck two days earlier.
