Finally took the Carryall out today and it went one block before smoke started coming up through the transmission hump. Turned out the bottom half of the emergency brake lining was too tight. Fixed that and on the second trip went two blocks. Now I have an anti-freeze leak to fix. There's still a lot of work to do but at least it moves under its own power.
