9cents a gallon? our gas here in Toronto goes up and down upto 10cents a litre over 24hours, thats almost 40cents (35cents usd/gallon fluctation).
Currently we're at 1.07cad/litre which is 4.10cad/gallon, converted to usd, is like 3.79usd/gallon.
and we're only 6~hours north of ya. i'll take your prices anyday.
