Looks like a set-up to me. The Dodge truck in the background is NOT the truck that the motor came out of. Even if the motor was from a Dodge it would have been covered by either the Dodge or Cummins warranty.
Lots of unverified and strange information here, something is not jiving here, including the motor number.
