A pin&bushing in good condition should grease without a problem.
However if you jack the frame and take the weight off will help. If it doesn't then you will need to take apart. I have removed the Zerk and sprayed some type of "bust Rust" in the hole to loosen dried grease with some success.n If it is dried and you get it to take grease, most of the time you will not need to jack it again.
