You have the correct parts. You even have them lined up correctly. Just rotate the blade and hook it in the arm. There is no crimping needed. The parts should fit together loose. This loosness is what makes the blade clock back and forth as the wiper arm changes direction of swing. Pressure from the wiper arm spring should hold the blade tight against the windshield. If you raise the arm to clean the windshield, the blade should be loose enough to fall off.
