Flooding can be caused by:
- Needle and seat leak, allowing gas to come in under pressure when engine turned off,
- High float level usually resulting in engine running rich,
- Leaky float allowing gas to enter float air chamber lowering float resulting in engine running rich and flooding.
Rebuild job needed!
