how to find a third party to look at a truck in CA

I am interested in a truck in CA, but I don't have time to fly there from CT to look at it. How can I find someone to evaluate it. and How can I find a reasonable way to ship it here. I have heard prices in the 2k range. ahp691@yahoo.com
