i have the name and number of a guy i spoke to about a month ago. he is in ohio and had a pretty good bed with no tailgate. he said it had a couple of dents, but they were very small. it's off an '87, but it will fit. unless you're looking for specifically a '78 bed. if you are GOOD LUCK!! i've been looking for about a year. if you want this guys #, just email me.
