The May issue went out on time, on April 17th (as the 15th was a Saturday). Even though it went on time, the postal officials do not always do what we would hope on their end.
I have begun a process to move to a periodical class mailing to provide better service, instead of the bulk rate that has been used for 16 years. Regrettably, I think at times there is a decline in postal service from years past.
Let me know when you get your issue. I had one other fellow in California say his came later this last time.
