A friend of mine is near Summerset, PA (an hour or so from Pittsburgh) headed west towards Pittsburgh towing a military trailor that uses a 5 bolt Dodge Power Wagon or Military rim. One of the tires is coming appart. He is hoping that someone in the area has a rim with a good tire he can mount to his trailor so he can get home. Or if someone can help with a tire and the tools needed to dismount and remount a tire.
