1945 truck--can someone help

My father passed away recently and he had a 1945 Dodge pickup that he had fixed up. It ran but still needed some work. Not all original parts, has been painted, no rust, solid floor. I do not know what the value would be on such a truck. Could anyone give me a ballpark figure of its value? Thanks
