You should expect about the same amount of increase in driver comfort by adding rear shocks to a Power-Wagon as you would in having rear shocks on a tandem axle dump truck.

Just like the suspension on a dump truck, the rear springs on a Power-Wagon were designed for carrying heavy loads. With the truck empty, the springs are not going to compress and rebound much over surface irregularities at road speeds. The shocks will see very little chance to do their job. If you plan to carry 2000 lbs. in the pickup bed of your daily diver, day in and day out, then you can expect to notice a difference by adding rear shocks.
