M37 Rear Shock Mounts, Compatible with Power Wagons?

Hey, i've found an M37 with the rear shocks, frame mounts, and axel mounts that are in pretty good shape, i was wondering if these will mount to my 1950 Power Wagon?

Has anyone done this before?
