Wiper arm ?

Trying to get the wipers working again on the 47. I have what appears to be a wiper arm but its not like the ones I have seen in the past?!?! Is something missing or is this a different system. It appears like the 90 degree will hook thru a hole in the wiper motor shaft and then that cover somehow locks in with the spring?

Is there a better arm system to go to? I need one more arm as I cant find one in my parts pile.
