I found it...finally. That number was superseeded by P5007790.
Intake Manifold, Single Plane, Aluminum, Natural, Multi-Port, Dodge/Jeep, 5.2/5.9L,
Engine Block Style: Stock/OEM standard deck
Injection Style: Multi-port
Basic Operating RPM Range: 2,000-6,000
