I use Austin Hardware Handles Model 272 1/2. These are absolute plug and play and come with a key lock. You can order as many handles keyed alike as you choose. Its nice to be able to lock either front door with a key from the outside. I ordered 6 on June 27, 06 and paid $12.96 each. The quality is very good and they are a reasonable match for the Original Handle.

The complete product number on the handles I ordered is
AH 272 1/2 ( Handle Locking with Gasket) The two mounting screws are not supplied but the Original screws are the same size. You must specify if you want it a key or non key handle.
