I called Applied Industrial Technologies (formerly King Bearing) in San Jose. 408-436-5464. I used to deal with them a lot, years ago.
They stated that they sell to anybody with money. You can order your bearing with a credit card and they will ship to you.
As long as I had them on the phone, I checked on the Timken 15BA. Quantity two in stock in Tennessee.
