anyone who does not think that a 1968 - 72 is not a real Corvette, has not really driven one.
Perhaps not as desirable as the earlier ones, the current prices for 427-454 cars are climbing.
They got bad reviews when introduced in 1968, for some quality control issues, but take a ride in a big block and you wont leave the car without a big smile on your face.
I would consider most of the 1975-1982 Corvettes to be lacking in power, and truly effected by smog equipment.
