TSM does sell disks already fab'ed for certain T Cases and Differentials. Surf their site, lots of info.
I forgot to mention last night. The only reason I fab/use a Disk EBrake is that the NV-4500 with a married NP-205 looses the ebrake. The disk is the best way for me to go.
The stock Dodge Drum and Band is a great brake. It will hold back a 20 mule team. My Bumblebee still has the stock Ebrake setup until I convert her to a Cummins. It works flawless. But like Clint shared, proper adjustment is required.
