W500 PTO AGAIN!

New forum...old request. I need a pto to fit the NP540 in my W500. I was informed it
has an adaptor between the pto and the mounting surface of the transmission that makes it different from most. It needs to bolt to the driver's side, be capable of forward and reverse drive, and, if single output, the output needs to face the front of the truck. Any help in finding one would be appreciated. I don't know the make or model number. If anyone has that I would appreciate that info as well. Thanks. JH
