Yes, B180s were made but not 4x4. I'd guess a BC180 4x4 if it's a late'50s/early '60s era truck. 4x4 Loadstars are not uncommon.
IH would make just about anything 4x4 if the customer wanted it. Large oil field 4x4s for example.
