Floor Pan for Dodge Conversion

I'm soliciting advice for my project. A 49 B1 that's being converted to a woody. I'm looking for ideas regarding the floor/pan. Wood vs Metal etc. I also need to mount the rear fenders. Any Ideas, help, pictures etc. are greatly appreciated. This rig will be run on the beach & not a trailer queen.
