The trucker never turned himself in but on HiWay 97 near me a big 8 inch by 1 1/2" pin fell off a truck bounced up went thru the wind sheild and killed this lady hitting her in the head. You do need to check your rig for loose stuff but crap on the road is a different story. Ther was a big reward for infomation leading to catching the truck that did it. Mark H.
