I shipped 2 boxes of parts to a Power Wagon Owner in Canada last month. I just got my bill and it was for over $300. I just about spewed! Turns out when I filled out the paperwork online, I asked for Fedex Express instead of Ground. That makes a BIG difference!
I called customer service today and they credited me back the difference between Express and Ground. Even though it was plainly MY error, which I admitted freely. I have had nothing but good experience with Fedex and will happily continue to use them.
