Fuel Pumps interchangable between short and long block flath

I see a combo fuel pump and vacuum pump for an M-37 on eBAY.

Can I use this on my long block (251)?

I'm putting on a vacuum booster for the new disk brakes, but have a 3/4 cam in the new engine and am concerned of a scarcity of vacuum to run the (dual) boosters).
