I have the gauge and sender on the work bench. I have a 12 volt battery and needed jumper wires. hot goes to ignition side. other side is to sender and then the ground for the sender and gauge to negative. Goes right to full. can not get it to go from empty to full by moving the float by hand. What am I missing ?? The Boys.
